Denver, CO - Marcus Camby had a triple-double by the end of the third quarter, and the Denver Nuggets set a franchise-record for most points in a regulation game with a 168-116 victory over the Seattle SuperSonics.

Camby ended with 13 points, 15 rebounds and a career-high 10 assists for the Nuggets, who have won three in a row to pull within 1 1/2 games of Golden State for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference.

Carmelo Anthony had 26 points, as the Nuggets posted eight players in double figures. Allen Iverson scored 24 and had six assists before leaving with a welt over his left eye. Kenyon Martin tallied 23 points, while J.R. Smith and Chucky Atkins each scored 19.

"It was guys making shots," Martin said. "Forty-four assists, it's hard to beat a team when they have that many assists. To score 168 points at this level is unheard of, and 84 points in both halves is just crazy."

Denver broke its mark for most points in regulation, eclipsing the 163 against San Antonio on January 11, 1984. Smith's emphatic slam over 6-foot-11 Mouhamed Sene with 44.7 seconds left gave the Nuggets the record. Their all-time mark for points is 184 in a triple-overtime game against Detroit on December 13, 1983.
